A colorful UTMV open anthology (18+ only!)
Prismatictale comes from the desire to celebrate the community in lieu of the 10 years of the release of the videogame UNDERTALE. This project aims to act as a recollection of fandom artists and works, of all the amazing projects that have and still conform the Undertale Multiverse (UTMV), and has no limit of participants!Then, can I participate? Yes, you can!Everyone and anyone who accepts the following can be part of it:- Confirms they are over the age of 18.
- Confirms that their entry was made by them.
- Consents to not harass, shame, judge or disrespect any of the other participants or their art regardless of personal preferences or opinions.
- Consents to NOT use AI in the entries submitted.There is no artistic criteria nor baseline to be met, this anthology works within the frame of the two cakes rule and will not reject anyone on a 'quality of art' basis.Failing to comply with these basic rules will get your entry out from the project.
About the project!
What is PRISMATICTALE?PRISMATICTALE is an UTMV themed, non-profit fan-made anthology (defined as a collection of artistic works that have a similar form or subject) that's open to everyone who wants to apply!What does that mean? It means you submit your art/writing/crafts/etc. and I'll do my best to make it into a cohesive fanzine for everyone download freely and enjoy (all the rights to the art and it's distribution go to each respective artist; I am merely putting it all together).- Even my rough sketches that have never seen the light of day? Yes!- I want to do something new and a big project with my friends, is that okay? Yes!- Unfinished pieces you still would like to share? Yes!- Illustrations/one-shots you did for a zine that was already published but your are really proud of and wanna share with the world again? Yesss!- But I'm just starting drawing/crafting/writing : ( my art is not good enough, are you sure? YES!This zine is meant to be a celebration of the fandom after 10 of UNDERTALE's release. The 'quality' of art is a complete subjective thing that is not taken into account here.That said we would love to see creations that make the participants proud! Take this as an opportunity to create and grow as an artist; experiment, have fun! Share your creation and passion for the projects done, the ones being made or the ones to come!
Timeline
Phase 1 - Opening of participant applicationsThe project goes live! In this period everyone who wants to can apply to the project! It's okay if you are not sure about what exactly you want to do yet, or if you'll be solo or do a group entry.It's the time to ask questions, talk with your friends and share the posts about it!Take this as an interest check of sorts! <3Coming Soon! Phase 2 - Discord invitesOnce the applications close we will take a week sending emails with the discord invitations and making sure everyone who wants to be in it can get into the server, be verified, etc!Have your eyes open for e-mails and if you applied and you don't get one from us please reach out so we can help figuring it out! <3[24 OCT 2025 - 31 OCT 2025]Phase 3 - Creation TimeOnce you are verified you're good to go! Make a piece solo, group up,.. have fun!The deadline for the entries is set! There will be no extensions since there is no obligation for you to send anything in the end and no bar of what can be in the zine and what not about the finishing quality of the pieces.That said, we are excited to see people make pieces that make them proud! Be it one thing or another, we would love for this to be an opportunity for people to indulge and do those pieces that you would want the fandom to see and have lots of fun while doing it![1 NOV 2025 - 1 MARCH 2026]Deadline countdown:
Phase 4 - Recollection of entriesDuring the first two weeks of March a google form will be made available for submmmiting the entries with all the info needed. There will be no exceptions for the deadline, you can apply and not submit anything in the end, or pivot to a different more attainable idea midthrough the project, etc.[1 MARCH 2026 - 14 MARCH 2026]Phase 5 - Editing the zineThis is a one-man team! So I'll do my best to have the zine done ASAP after the entries are finished and collected, the aim is to publish it around JUNE/JULY 2026 (a rainbow for pride month!); but it will depend on the size of the zine and how many entries there are (the more the better though, I'm really excited to see everyones work!).Updates will be provided along the proces!
What can you submit?
General disclaimers1. Entries can be collaborative! and can include both Visual and Writing. Just input both your names/tags/links and work done (artist, writer, color, etc..) in the form when submitting. Ex:Edge @EdgetheIndomitable (Lineart)

Fresh @BananaSplit (Color)2. Please, DO NOT under any circumstance submit something without that artist consent and approval. If you are a writer that wants to include art someone did for your story, reach out to that person and get their consent, submit it like a collaborative piece so they can have proper credit for their work.3. Entries can be new or old art, distributed or undistributed.4. Internet safety is super important for us, please: if you send a photo make sure there is no identifiable location markings or peoples faces visible (That includes yours).5. While I would love to be able to do so, there will be NO beta-reading nor art-directing done once the entry is submitted; this is a one-man team here and I do not have the tools or the knowledge for that haha6. We heavily encourage to have fun and try to finish a piece for the zine to a point that makes you happy and proud of it! That said, there is no obligation to do so, if you think you'd like to try but are not sure if you'll make it we would say: apply anyway! <3 If in the end life gets in the way you can always submit an older piece you like, a cool sketch or group up to finish it with some friends and make the weight of it easier!7. Entries can be SFW or NSFW (this includes erotic, porn, gore, dead dove, etc.) there will be separate parts of the Zine for each; you will be asked upon submission if your piece needs any CW/TW. We operate under 'Your Kink Is Not My Kink And That's OK' (YKINMKATO).That said, as the person editing this anthology, if you could absteen to submit scat, vomitus and underage NSFW art/writing I would appreciate it <3 as they are personal squicks of mine (Ｔ▽Ｔ) <[Thank you]

ThemesThis anthology is meant to be a celebration of the fandom so the common thread between all the entries is, of course, the Undertale Multiverse in all it's glory: alternative universes, timelines, spin-offs, head-canons,...solo art, ships, stories, comics, essay, 'which sans are you?' test like in old magazines, analysis of an AU,... from dead dove to the fluffiest art you've ever tasted everything is welcomed!The entries will be organized by color/theme following these soul colors:Red (Determination)

Only visual entriesNon-exclusive list: digital/traditional art (sketches, doodles, illustrations, paintings, comics,...) photography, crafts, etc.The way you utilize the space given is your decision! What I mean with that is that it can be a collage of process photos, photography inspired by and put into a gallery look, a photo of a plush you made, a sewing pattern you did, illustrations, doodles, comics... You just need to avide by the canvas sizes and choose how many pages your entry will have!If the proportions are different (square, cinematic proportions, etc.) it will be scaled or flipped sideways to fit in the most pleasing way possible (not stretched nor cut, priority will be to leave the artwork intact).For multipage entries it is welcomed to make a brief summary (max 250) of what it will entail.
